PartnerUp® helps students build impactful resumes, learn and practice critical interviewing techniques, and develop key marketable career skills. In essence, PartnerUp® gives students the added confidence to successfully embrace the job opportunities that await them.

Why PartnerUp®?

You shouldn’t have to attend college to enjoy exciting and rewarding career opportunities. Yet for many high school seniors, there remains a significant gap in the career-related skills that empower success. Expanding access to opportunities for high school graduates and equipping them for success is imperative to ensuring their prosperity as well as the future vibrancy and health of our communities. That is why PNC took the visionary step to develop PartnerUp®. By forging strong local partnerships, PartnerUp® enables each stakeholder to achieve their goals while helping others achieve theirs. PartnerUp® drives these key benefits:

PartnerUp Talent Program Manager, Brianna McMeekin

Brianna McMeekin

Talent Program Manager

When it comes to closing the gap between the corporate world and our community’s schools, Brianna is a skilled and experienced bridge builder. She has been developing and overseeing the PartnerUp® program since 2017. Her more than 15 years of experience in licensed counseling, career education and coaching, and early career talent development give her unmatched expertise in creating paths to long-term career success for all students. With her background with the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Career Ready Pennsylvania Coalition Steering Team and the Consortium for Public Education’s Advisory Committee on school–business partnerships, Brianna has the connections to drive mutual success for students and employers. Brianna earned an M.Ed. in community counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Duquesne University.

Antonyea Ellis

Talent Program Supervisor Sr.

In 17 years with PNC, Antonyea has held various roles, in investments, wealth management, and retail banking giving her a unique perspective on her role as program manager. Antonyea believes everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive in their chosen career path and is dedicated to helping youth achieve their professional goals. She is a Youth Opportunities Unlimited alumna and is now proud to serve as one of their board members. A Cleveland native and Cleveland Metropolitan School District alumna, she grew up on the east side, attending Glenville High School, Tri-C, and Cleveland State University. This gives her a special perspective and passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others in the Cleveland area.

LeJune Williams-Clements

Early Career Recruiting Advisor

LeJune is passionate about advancing career development in Pittsburgh-area schools to enable high school graduates to secure flourishing careers. With 20 years of successful hiring and management experience, she joined PNC in 2015 as a manager in the Customer Care Center where she spent two years coaching and developing a team of 18–20 consultants. LeJune then moved to Talent Acquisition, where she recruited for high-volume roles in Customer Care while facilitating behavior-based interview sessions, training recruiters and interns, and maintaining robust talent pipelines through community engagement with programs such as Pennsylvania Women Work, BankWork$ and Pittsburgh Community Service Inc. LeJune is a proud Pittsburgh native with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Rich Fann

Talent Program Supervisor

Rich brings over 17 years of experience in higher education, online coaching and public service to the PartnerUp®. During his time in higher education, he focused on career development specifically for undecided students and those in the pre-health and health-related field. He later specialized in cross-cultural and leadership development for student communities, while also working as an online career coach. Rich believes in lifting as he climbs and leverages his coaching expertise to develop and encourage growth – whether in the classroom, on a field or even in a grocery store. Rich earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and psychology, as well as a master’s degree in public and international affairs in security and intelligence studies from the University of Pittsburgh.

Talent Program Supervisor

As a native of Birmingham, Alabama, Tahirah brings unique insights and an unmatched depth of knowledge to her role in managing and developing the Birmingham PartnerUp® market. She is passionate about helping youth find their purpose and path through career development. Tahirah has over 20 years of experience working in higher education and talent acquisition. Her professional experience in management, recruiting and mentoring has helped her become a great addition to the PartnerUp® team. She is a graduate of Alabama A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and marketing.
